About Me


My name is Tim, and I’m on a mission to get myself back into shape.

I set up this blog on the 23rd of May, 2010, with one goal – to push myself to the limit and get back in shape.  In high school, I played hockey and soccer, although I was considered skinny by most accounts.  That didn’t stop me from playing on Varsity teams and even getting some accolades here and there, which I don’t care to brag about as I’m far from the Uncle Rico character in Napoleon Dynamite.  I continued playing sports into college, where I took my training to the maximum extremes and held a body fat under 6% while packing on serious muscle.

Unfortunately, all that hard work went by the wayside when I entered the work force.  11 years later, I find myself overweight and unhappy with my body.  I’ve set up this blog as a way to show the world how I desire to get back to that level of physical fitness that allowed me to be happier, have more energy, and excel at whatever I wished to excel at.

I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I plan on updating it.
