Insanity Workout


Called “The hardest workout program ever put on DVD,” the Shaun T Insanity Workout is heralded as the best 60 day program designed to get into shape .  There are no dumbbells, weights, or other equipment needed.  Simply buy the DVD and come with a desire to sweat.  This is the first workout program I’m going to use as I strive to get back into shape, and the Official Journey starts on Monday, May 24th. The big pitch behind Shaun T’s workout is Max Interval Training.  Basically, he took interval training, something used by many athletes to develop bursts and lung capacity (while shredding calories at the same time) and “flipped it on it’s head.”  The program features long bursts of energy followed by short periods of rest – something that will challenge the human body and each muscle that is being worked.

This workout is designed to burn up to 1,000 calories per session and get you into tip-top physical condition in just 60 days.
